Using the app

This app is a habit tracker. You set goals, check in each day, and can join small groups to support each other.

You must be at least 16 years old to use it.

Use the app for yourself and in good faith. Do not try to break it, get around its limits, or reach other people's data.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account safe, because anyone who can open that link can use your account.

Give correct information, and use one account for yourself.

You are responsible for what you write in your goals, notes and display name.

Please do not write sensitive details, such as health information, in goal titles or notes.

Groups and other members

In a group, other members see only your display name and whether you checked in, or a Rest day. They do not see your goal title, notes, other goals or history.

Join a group only with people you are comfortable sharing this much with. Choose a display name you are happy for them to see.

The person who created a group can remove members and change the invite code.

The app is for support, not pressure. Be kind to the other members.

What the app is not

The app is not a medical, mental health or therapy service, and it gives no medical advice.

If you struggle with your health or feel unsafe, please talk to a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

The app is provided as it is. It may have mistakes or be unavailable at times, and I cannot promise it will always work. As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for losses that come from using it. This does not take away any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Respect and reports

Do not use the app to harass, threaten or mislead anyone, or to share illegal content.

If a member behaves badly, you can report them from the group. The reason you write (up to 500 characters) is seen by me. I read reports myself, decide what to do, and do not share them with other members. Please report honestly.

I may remove a person from the app if they break these terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time. To delete your account and all your data, use Profile > Delete my account.

I can also close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm others.

Changes

These terms may change. If a change is important, I will tell you in the app before it starts. If you keep using the app after that, it means you accept the new terms.
